Your access to and use of our website(s) (the “Website“) is subject to the following terms of use (these “Terms of Use“) as well as our Privacy Statement and all applicable statutes, orders, regulations, rules, and other laws. By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Statement, which are conditions of permission to access the Website. If you are younger than 18 years of age, you are forbidden from posting information on the Website.

In addition, these Terms of Use may be changed, altered, or modified at any time without prior notice. ABHW will make such changes by posting them here. In these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliated Entities” means any direct or indirect parent, subsidiaries, sponsors, or affiliated entities of ABHW. You agree that neither we nor any Affiliated Entities shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website, in whole or in part, or of any service, information, and materials contained herein, software used to make the Website or feature or product offered through the Website.

The Website, all of the information and materials contained herein, and the software used to make the Website available (collectively, “Content“) are and shall remain the property of ABHW and its licensors and suppliers, and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark, patent and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You do not acquire any right, title, or interest in such Content by virtue of accessing the Website or making use of the permitted uses allowed under these Terms of Use.
2. Copyrights
You should assume that everything you see or read on the Website is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms of Use (see Section 1 above) or in the text on the Website without the written permission of ABHW. ABHW neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on ABHW’s Websites will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with ABHW. Images, photographs, or illustrations displayed on the Website are either the property of, or used with permission by, ABHW. The use of these materials by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Use or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Website. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Website without the written permission of ABHW or such third party that may own the Trademark displayed on the Website. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Website, or any other content on the Website, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.
4. Copyright Infringement Notification
ABHW is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and to responding to claims of copyright infringement. ABHW will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c) (“DMCA”).
Pursuant to the DMCA, notifications of claimed copyright infringement by ABHW should be sent to a Service Provider’s Designated Agent. Notification must be submitted to the following Designated Agent for the Website in the manner described below:

5. Unauthorized Use or Access
Unless otherwise expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or on the Website, you may not take any action to interfere with the Website or any other user’s use of the Website, or decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any Content or other products or processes accessible through the Website, nor insert any code or product or manipulate the Content in any way that affects any user’s experience. While using the Website you are required to comply with all applicable statutes, orders, regulations, rules, and other laws. In addition, we expect users of the Website to respect the rights and dignity of others. Your use of the Website is conditioned on your compliance with the rules of conduct set forth in this section.

iii) Any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or invasive, is intended to or may damage or hijack the operation of, or monitor the use of, any hardware, software, or equipment.
iv) Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letter,” “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation.
v) Any material, non-public information about any entity without the proper authorization to do so.
b) Use the Website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
c) Use the Website to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personal information (as defined in the Privacy Statement) about users of the Website.
d) Impersonate any person or entity, including, without limitation, any representative of ABHW or an Affiliated Entity; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Website; or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.
e) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the servers or networks used to make the Website available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
f) Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking or defacing any portion of the Website).
g) Use the Website to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, without ABHW’s express prior written consent.
h) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Website.
i) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website.
j) Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from the Website or materials originating from the Website.
k) Frame or mirror any part of the Website without ABHW’s express prior written consent.
l) Create a database by systematically downloading and storing Website Content.
m) Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine,” or in any way gather Website Content or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website.
n) Post information about another person without that person’s express permission.
Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you (and not ABHW) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband, and computer hardware, equipment, and services needed to access and use the Website, and paying all charges related thereto.
6) International Users
The Website is controlled, operated, and administered by ABHW (or its licensees) from its offices within the United States of America and is not intended to subject ABHW to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States. ABHW does not represent or warrant that the Website or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction other than the United States. Those who choose to access the Website do so on their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for complying with all local statutes, orders, regulations, rules, and other laws. You are also subject to United States export controls and are responsible for any violations of such controls, including, without limitation, any United States embargoes or other federal rules and regulations restricting exports. ABHW may limit the Website’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.
Note that your personal data, if you provide any, will be stored in ABHW databases (including local storage), Affiliated Entity databases, and/or databases managed by third party service providers, which are located within and outside of the United States. Such data will be automatically transferred to these databases, which may be located in countries where privacy rules differ and may be less stringent than those of the country in which you reside. If you visit our Website from a country in the European Union, you consent to such cross-border transfers of personal data to the United States.
7) Termination of Access
These Terms of Use are in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement created through the Website at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from ABHW Websites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations.
In addition to any right or remedy that may be available to ABHW under applicable law, ABHW may suspend, limit, or terminate all or a portion of your access to the Website, and/or your rights to use any of the Content, at any time with or without notice and with or without cause, including, without limitation, if ABHW believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. Upon any such termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. In addition, ABHW may refer any information on illegal activities, including your identity, to the proper authorities. You agree that ABHW and the Affiliated Entities shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, limitation, or termination of your access to the Website.
8) Accuracy of Information You Submit
You may be permitted to or asked to submit information to the Website. You expressly represent and warrant: (a) that you have the authority to provide ABHW with all such information; (b) that all such information may be used by ABHW for the purposes intended; (c) that all such information shall be true, accurate, and complete; and (d) that you will maintain and update such information as needed, such that the information remains true, accurate, and complete. You agree that if any information you provide is false, inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete, we may terminate your access to or use of the Website. You agree not to post any information about another person without that person’s express permission.
9) Content You Share With Us
We may include features on the Website that allow you to share your information, comments, reviews, feedback, other texts, ideas, concepts, drawings, photos, pictures, images, films, movies, music, and other audio files, software applications, or games (together referred to as “User Content”) with us. Please note that by sharing User Content through the Website, your User Content may become publicly accessible and will not be subject to any confidentiality restrictions. You grant to ABHW and its Affiliated Entities a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license, without compensation to you:
i) To use, reproduce, distribute, adapt (including without limitation edit, modify, translate, and reformat), derive, transmit, display, and perform, publicly or otherwise, such User Content, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for ABHW and/or the Affiliated Entities’ business purposes,
ii) To sublicense the foregoing rights, through multiple tiers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and
iii) To attribute posts to you by name.
The foregoing licenses shall survive any termination of your use of the Website. For all of the User Content you share through the Website, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant these licenses, and that such User Content, and your provision or creation thereof through the Website, complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and is furthermore free from viruses and other malware. You further, to the extent permissible by law, irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding each item of User Content that you submit.
Please note that we do not solicit or encourage submissions of User Content containing ideas or suggestions relating to the Website, our business, or our Affiliated Entities’ businesses. If you send us any ideas or suggestions, regardless of the topic, we and our Affiliated Entities will have no obligations with respect to such ideas or suggestions (including, without limitation, confidentiality) and may use them for any purpose whatsoever. 16) Waiver; Remedies
The failure of ABHW to partially or fully exercise any rights or the waiver of ABHW of any breach of these Terms of Use by you, shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right by ABHW or be deemed a waiver by ABHW of any subsequent breach by you of the same or any other term of these Terms of Use. The rights and remedies of ABHW under these Terms of Use shall be cumulative, and the exercise of any such right or remedy shall not limit ABHW’s right to exercise any other right or remedy.
17) Governing Law; Forum
The laws of the District of Columbia shall govern these Terms of Use without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You hereby expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts located in the District of Columbia and waive any objection to such courts, including, without limitation, on the basis of personal jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenience of the forum.

- These Terms of Use do not, and shall not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and ABHW.
