Ann Greiner
President & CEO of Primary Care Collaborative
Ann Greiner is President & CEO of the Primary Care Collaborative. Ann has dedicated her entire career to advancing the quality of U.S. health and health care. She has more than 20 years of experience, including senior-level policy, research, and communications roles, at prestigious national not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to leading the PCC, she served as Vice President of Public Affairs for the National Quality Forum; Deputy Director at the National Academy of Science Engineering and Medicine; and Vice President, Policy at the American Board of Internal Medicine.
She has a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Will Lopez, MD
Clinical Leader of Evernorth, National AI & Virtual Care for Cigna Healthcare
Dr. Will Lopez completed his general psychiatry residency and fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego. He also received an Executive Certificate in Digital Business from MIT. He’s a clinical leader in the implementation of Evernorth and Cigna Healthcare’s national Al and virtual care strategies. He is directly involved in the development of coverage policies, reimbursement strategies, government affairs, model governance, and the evaluation of emerging technologies. Dr. Lopez supports projects aimed at expanding the use of generative Al models for clinical applications. Additionally, he focuses on providing foundational Al and generative Al training to clinical teams to facilitate the implementation of Al models across the enterprise. He offers clinical expertise to Cigna’s sales and marketing teams during client and stakeholder meetings.
James Gelfand
President & CEO of The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC)
James oversees all aspects of the association’s activities, focusing on programs shaping federal and state health, and retirement benefit policies, which impact ERIC member companies’ ability to operate under federal ERISA protection. He’s brought prominence to ERIC among federal and state lawmakers, thought leaders, and major companies in the U.S. James provides strategic leadership to ERIC’s legislative, regulatory and legal advocacy; membership and partnerships to achieve ERIC’s mission.
James has been recognized as a top industry lobbyist by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics and The Hill. He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of nonprofits and charities with a focus on policy and advocacy, including the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, and the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance.
